I was kindly welcomed at a factory with several requests for help; “Should they invest, to solve their production problems?”…
“Very honest?! You should DISASSEMBLE 1/3 of your production line! Just put it with the scrap metal”, I said.
After 1.5 days of testing in the innovation lab of Food Dynamics, I convinced them. The line was dismantled and the manufacturing process simplified. The result: 20% less product failure, 20% more capacity! In every production, year in, year out…
